By purchasing and participating in this workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Workshop Access

You will receive access to:

• One live 2-hour workshop delivered via Zoom

• The workshop replay

• A downloadable PDF with resources and setup instructions

These materials are yours to keep and review as needed.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to resources, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

3. Intellectual Property

All workshop content — including the live session, recordings, worksheets, and GPT training frameworks — is the intellectual property of Amy Mitchell and Hey Systems.
You are granted a license to use these materials for your own personal or business use only.
You may not repurpose, resell, or distribute the content or training in any format without written permission.

4. Personal Responsibility

Results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for implementing the material in your own business. This workshop is educational in nature and not a promise of performance or income.

5. ChatGPT Plus Requirement

To build a custom GPT, you’ll need an active ChatGPT Plus subscription ($20/month from OpenAI). This subscription is not included in the purchase of the workshop.
